National Pizza Day


HAPPY NATIONAL PIZZA DAY! We made two different pizza crust recipes…and sadly because I didn’t have cream cheese and almond flour, KETO FAT BREAD wasn’t one of them._

We made a standard CAULI CRUST (2 cups shredded cauliflower florets, 1 egg, 1 cup parmigiano cheese) and a PALEO COCONUT FLOUR CRUST. The coconut crust was the winner!

All green and a good workout this morning. Can’t wait for the weekend….pushing myself each weekday is hard but necessary.
