IN A HURRY? NO TIME TO DO DAILY COOKING?

We do the bulk of our cooking on Saturday and then worry about sides during the week. Plan your meals ahead. Prepare you meals at night for the next day if need be. Chop up veggies, and have in the fridge for a quick bite. Guacamole, sweet potato chips, cashews, dried fruit, Boar’s Head deli meat for quick wraps, coconut & avocado smoothies….all the above are easy and great ways to nutritiously fill up when you’re in a hurry
