Didn’t get too much of a workout in today…between a full house, bible study, grocery shopping, meal prepping and feeling crummy, I was exhausted but I certainly hit my Fitbit goal!

Keto: Sunday Quiche with Cheese Bread

Keto-Brunch is served! I made one pan quiche & paired with Bread Cheese that I lucked out and found it 1/2 off! Yeah!

Accountability Post: Doing the best I can.


The kids and hubby were home today, all sick so getting steps in was hard. I didn’t reach my goal but tried my best. No guilt here!

SUPPER’S READY: Beef & Broccoli Recipe

I found a simple, yet tasty, Broccoli & Beef recipe on Paleo Leap today that I doubled…The best part is that it’s a slow cooker recipe that took 5 minutes to put together!

KETO TIP: It’s a little high on sugars, so for those of us doing Keto-Paleo, just half the honey and apple.

KETO DESSERT: Peanut Butter Buckeye’s

BEST EVER KETO TREAT: In my books there’s no better combination than peanut butter and chocolate. PERFECT PAIRING! I stumbled upon Kayla Does Keto’s recipe for Keto Buckeyes a few weeks ago while on YouTube and it’s been my main treat since.

PALEO TIP: This works with all nutty spreads. My husband is 100% Paleo and I make this with Sunbutter for him.

I didn’t workout this morning and was hemming and hawing about it until I got inspired by @coffeeandcraziness’s exercise post (Instagram)…so on went my running shoes and I busted my butt to get my BEST EVER workout! 385 calories burned in 40 minutes! With 25 minutes of jogging in place to boot!

Eating was on point today and the scales let me know that I am 5 pounds away from saying goodbye to the 300’s!
