Paleo Breakfast: Meat Crust Quiche

Eggs and bacon, bacon and eggs, no matter how you say it,  breakfasts can get boring fast when you repeatedly eat the same thing. Meat Crust Quiche is the brain child of and is both tasty and easy. Pair it with a salad (like I originally did and you have supper), make it for company or cut it up and enjoy it every morning before you head out to work.
