Paleo Wrap Recipe

Paleo Chick-Fil A Nuggets (thanks Carrie: Congrats on Day1!), sweet potato fries and Paleo Avocado Egg Rolls (modified) are what’s for supper at my house. Here’s the complete wrap recipe I came up with:

INGREDIENTS: 

1/2 cup of coconut flour
1/2 cup of tapioca flour
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 1/4 cup of coconut milk

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Mix together and let six for about 10 minutes.
2. Use 1/3 cup, for scooping batter up.
3. Add either olive oil, coconut oil or bacon grease to heated pan.
4. Pour batter into heated pan (I slowly pour in circular motion).
5. Cook approximately 4 minutes to side over medium heat.
