Smoked Hamburger! Who Knew?

As for my house, we eat meat! And one of the BEST tasting meat experiments happened yesterday when we SMOKED HAMBURGER! It took approximately 1.5 hours but it was time well spent.

1. Simply make your patties like you normally do (I add s…alsa, lemongrass, gelatin, garlic, egg, salt & pepper).

2. Let them settle in the fridge for 10 minutes before placing them on the smoker (we used a combo of cherry & hickory chips).
3. Wait until the inside temp reaches 160 degrees (we use an electronic thermometer)
4. Remove and cover for 5+ minutes
5. Enjoy!
