It is one of the best decisions we have made. Each week we enjoy amazing food and we are always experimenting with new recipes. One of my husband’s favorite sites is Deejay’s Smoke Pit. If you have a smoker or are new to smoking, this site is a great resource.

  2. My favorite wood is cherry, not mentioned here, but produces very mild and nice taste!
