The Arm Challenge: Day 10

I am so tired today. In fact I am counting down to when the kids go to bed because I will be following shortly. I’ve done to mini stints on the treadmill which total 25 minutes.

Day 10 of ‘The Arm Challenge’, the modifications I made are:

*28 seconds of Plank & 28 Cobras (in lieu of 20 push-ups)
*35 dumbbell presses & 35 tricep extensions (in lieu of 35 dips)
*60 bicep curls
*45 second punches
*35 squats
