The Arm Challenge: Day 13

Thankfully yesterday was REST DAY but day 13 of ‘The Arm Challenge” is a not so restful. I am struggling with the reps right now, to the point that I am thinking of splitting it up into two cycles.

Today’s modifications are:
1st cycle:
28 seconds of Plank & 28 Cobras
25 dumbbell presses & 25 tricep
37 bicep curls
30 second punches
25 squats

2nd cycle:
25 dumbbell presses & 25 tricep
37 bicep curls
30 second punches
25 squats

TOTAL:
*28 seconds of Plank & 28 Cobras (in lieu of 28 push-ups)
*50 dumbbell presses & 50 tricep extensions (in lieu of 50 dips)
*75 bicep curls
*1 minute punches
*50 squats
