Today is Day 16 which is a REST DAY!!! But because I did not do ‘The Arm Challenge’ yesterday, I am doing Day 15:

Today’s modifications are:
1st cycle:
30 seconds of Plank & 30 Cobras
30 dumbbell presses & 30 tricep
42 bicep curls
35 second punches
30 squats

2nd cycle:
30 dumbbell presses & 30tricep
42 bicep curls
35 second punches
30 squats

TOTAL:
*30 seconds of Plank & 30 Cobras (in lieu of 30 push-ups)
*60 dumbbell presses & 60 tricep extensions (in lieu of 60 dips)
*84 bicep curls
*70 punches
