The Arm Challenge: Day 5

Day 5 of ‘The Arm Challenge’! I am modifying and this is what I did:

*17 second plank
* 17 cobra push-ups
* 15 dumbbell presses
* 15 one arm triceps extensions(per arm), * 30 dumbbell curls
* 25 second of punches on a heavy bag
* 15 squats because I need too
