Day 6 of “The Arm Challenge”, my modifications are as follows:

*20 seconds of Plank & 20 Cobras (in lieu of 15 push-ups)
*20 dumbbell presses & 20 tricep extensions (in lieu of 20 dips)
*40 bicep curls
*30 second punches
