The Arm Challenge: Day Two

I struggled through the Plank Challenge. I did a modified plank the entire time and would up splitting the time up into sets…A few days short of 30 and I hurt my toe (which still hasn’t healed). With the Arm Challenge I am doing modifications with the push up and the dip so that I am not supporting my entire body weight but still work the same arm muscles. I need to sit down with my husband and have him put together a modified plan and once I do, I will post it.
