When in doubt, make quiche!

Short on time? Make quiche. Lots of leftovers? Make quiche. Too busy? Make quiche. My fool proof go-to is…QUICHE! Chop up spinach, throw in minced garlic & onions, last night’s left over chicken, dice up some tomatoes, add some olives and cover with 6-8 eggs. Plop it in the over at 350 for approximately 35 minutes and TADA! You’ve got yourself a delicious dinner, with little clean up and you breathed new life into your leftovers 🙂
